This Privacy Policy explains how IVF Scale (“IVF Scale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit ivfscale.com, request a consultation, or communicate with us.

IVF Scale is a business-to-business marketing consultancy serving IVF practices. This website is intended for practice owners, administrators, and other business representatives. It is not intended for patients seeking medical care.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, work email address, organization or practice name, telephone number, communication preferences, and the content of business inquiries. We may also receive limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps needed for security and website operation.
3. Sources and purposes
We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers acting for us. We use it to respond to requests; schedule consultations; provide and improve our services; send communications you request or separately consent to receive; maintain security; prevent misuse; keep consent, opt-out, and suppression records; comply with law; and protect our rights.
4. Text messaging and mobile information
If you separately opt in to receive recurring text messages, IVF Scale may send only the category of messages you selected. Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or submitting a consultation request.
5. How information is disclosed
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers that process it solely to provide hosting, security, communications, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics that you have permitted, or professional support to us; when required by law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, or security; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. The mobile-information restrictions in Section 4 apply regardless of this section.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal requirements. Opt-out and suppression records may be retained to ensure we continue honoring your request. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Healthcare and sensitive information
IVF Scale does not provide medical care. Do not submit protected health information, patient names, medical histories, diagnoses, treatment details, insurance information, or other sensitive patient information through this website, email, or SMS. The consultation form is for business inquiries only.
8. Cookie Notice and consent choices
We use essential browser storage necessary to operate and secure the website and to remember your privacy choices. The site does not currently activate optional analytics or advertising technologies. Our consent tool separately lists optional analytics and marketing categories so those technologies remain disabled unless you affirmatively allow them if they are introduced later.
You may accept all optional technologies, reject all non-essential technologies, or manage categories individually. Rejecting optional technologies will not prevent you from using the website or requesting a consultation. Your selection is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and can be changed at any time through “Cookie choices” in the footer. Browser settings can also delete or block storage, although blocking essential storage may prevent us from remembering your preference.
Where legally required, optional technologies will not be activated before consent. We recognize browser-based Global Privacy Control signals as a rejection of optional analytics and marketing technologies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to know the categories and sources of information collected and the purposes for using or disclosing it; to opt out of certain processing; and to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. 10. Children
Our website and services are directed to business professionals and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
